I'm considering selling a website I launched recently, but I'm unsure how to estimate its value.
The site went live on November 4, and within the first 45 days, it attracted around 126,000 visitors. Right now, it's getting approximately 4,500–6,000 daily active users, and all of that traffic has been 100% organic I've spent nothing on ads, paid promotions, or marketing.
The catch is that I haven't monetized it yet, so it currently generates no revenue.
For those who have bought or sold websites before, how would you approach valuing a site like this? Would you base it primarily on traffic, growth potential, or some other metrics?
