What's the best way to monetize this traffic?

I get around 600–1,000 visitors per day, with about 95% coming from the US and other Tier 1 countries. The site is legitimate and currently only earns from push notifications.

AdSense rejected the site, and my traffic isn't high enough for most premium ad networks.

What monetization methods would you recommend?
