I’m looking for someone experienced with handling large email campaigns. I usually send around 50–100k emails per month, and I may need to scale that up to 500k+ emails every month.

I need someone who can properly handle list cleaning, domain setup, deliverability, and the technical side of large-volume mailings.

I’m interested in a long-term working relationship, so please share your price for 100k emails along with a brief idea of the setup and services you provide.

Please keep the replies straightforward. I’m mainly looking for someone experienced and reliable.

I started with around 50k emails a month and thought scaling would be easy. Once the volume increased, I quickly realized that list cleaning and deliverability needed much more attention. Now I always focus on those things before increasing the sending volume.

I’ve worked with larger email campaigns before, and the main thing I’d focus on is deliverability. At 100k+ emails, proper list cleaning, authentication, bounce handling, and monitoring become very important. I’d recommend choosing someone based on their experience with volume rather than just the lowest price.

I’ve worked with large email lists before. List cleaning and deliverability should definitely be handled properly before increasing the volume. I’d be interested in discussing the 100k pricing.

I started with small newsletters, so high-volume campaigns were a completely different experience. Once I got involved with larger lists, I had to pay much more attention to bounces, complaints, authentication, and sender reputation.

For this kind of volume, I’d definitely ask for examples of previous campaigns. Sending 500k emails is very different from sending a few thousand. Domain setup and reputation need to be handled carefully from the start.

I’ve managed campaigns around the 100k/month range. The setup usually includes domain authentication, list cleaning, bounce management, monitoring, and campaign reporting. Pricing depends on the list quality and exact requirements.

I started helping with email campaigns when the list was only around 20k. As the list grew, I learned pretty quickly that sending more emails isn't the difficult part. Keeping the list clean and maintaining good deliverability takes much more work.

At 500k+ emails per month, I’d make deliverability the first priority. A cheap setup isn't useful if half the emails end up in spam. Make sure whoever you hire understands authentication and sender reputation.

I’ve handled high-volume email campaigns before. I normally start by checking the list quality and current domain reputation, then work on authentication and sending setup. After that, I monitor bounces and engagement closely.

The technical setup matters a lot at this volume. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce handling, and proper sending practices should all be in place before scaling. I’d be happy to discuss pricing once I know the email platform and list condition.

I’d suggest starting with the current 50–100k volume and making sure everything is stable before jumping to 500k. Scaling too quickly can create deliverability problems that are difficult to fix later.

I have experience with high-volume email operations. List cleaning and domain reputation are usually the first things I check. From there, the setup can be built around the sender infrastructure and expected monthly volume.

For 100k emails, I’d normally quote after checking the list and setup requirements. There’s a big difference between a clean, permission-based list and an old or poorly maintained database.

I’ve worked on campaigns where deliverability was the main concern. Good infrastructure helps, but list quality is just as important. I’d rather spend time cleaning and segmenting the list than simply increasing sending volume.

I can understand why you're looking for a long-term person. At this volume, having someone who understands the technical side and can monitor things regularly is much better than hiring someone who only knows how to send campaigns.

I used to think email deliverability was mostly about choosing the right sending platform. After managing bigger campaigns, I realized it's much broader than that. Domain reputation, list quality, engagement, authentication, and sending patterns all matter.

I have experience with larger email campaigns and would be interested in discussing a long-term setup. For this type of volume, I’d start with a review of the current list, domain reputation, and sending platform. From there, I can handle authentication, list cleaning, bounce and complaint monitoring, campaign setup, and gradual scaling toward 500k+ per month. I can quote the 100k volume separately once I know the exact requirements and current infrastructure.

My first step would be an audit of your current domain, list, and sending setup. Once I know what you're working with, I can give a more accurate price for 100k and a plan for scaling.
