I keep seeing people talk about affiliate marketing as a way to make money online, but I’m still not completely sure how the whole process works.

Can someone who has actually done affiliate marketing explain it in simple terms, step by step?

For example, how do you choose products, find affiliate programs, get people to your links, and eventually earn commissions?

I’d especially appreciate advice from beginners who started with little or no experience. What should someone focus on first, and what mistakes should they avoid?
