I tested it briefly a few months ago. It seemed to work fine technically, but I still focused more on keeping my landing pages compliant than relying on any cloaking solution.
 
I haven't used TrustCloaker myself, but I'd be careful depending too much on any tool for account stability. Creative quality and policy compliance have made a much bigger difference for me.
 
Tried it for a short campaign. No major issues, but I don't think it was the reason my account stayed healthy. Good account history probably mattered more.
 
Personally, I'd rather spend time improving my ads and landing pages than adding extra tools unless they're absolutely necessary.
 
I looked into it last year but decided against it. My campaigns have been doing fine with straightforward, policy-friendly ads.
