I’ve been finding it really difficult to switch off from work lately. Even when the weekend comes, I still find myself checking things, thinking about tasks, or planning what needs to be done next.

Being a solo founder means there’s always something that could be improved, so it’s hard to feel like the work is ever truly finished.

For those of you running your own business alone, how do you deal with burnout?

Do you have any routines or rules that actually help you disconnect and enjoy your time away from work?
