If you're just getting started, I'd recommend Amazon Associates. The commissions aren't the highest, but it's one of the easiest programmes to join, and almost everyone trusts Amazon, which helps with conversions.

It really depends on your niche. For software, I usually recommend PartnerStack or individual SaaS affiliate programmes. For physical products, Amazon still works well despite the lower commission rates.
