I’m considering selling a portfolio of around 60 websites that I’ve built and maintained over the past few years, but I’m not sure what the smartest way to approach the sale would be.

The network was originally created for SEO and link-building purposes, with a mix of purchased domains and sites developed from scratch. Most of the sites have genuine metrics, with roughly DR 10–40, DA 10–30, up to 500 ranking keywords, and anywhere from zero to around 600 monthly organic visitors depending on the domain.

Some sites are established and still receiving content, while others are older projects that have been mostly left alone. There are also a few newer sites that are essentially ready-made projects waiting for further development.

I’m aware that some of the content will need updating, especially after recent Google changes, so I’m not expecting to value everything purely on current traffic or metrics. A few domains also have strong names that could potentially add value independently.

For anyone who has bought or sold SEO site portfolios before, would you recommend selling the entire network as one package, splitting it into smaller groups, or listing the stronger domains individually? I’d also appreciate any advice on how to present the portfolio and determine a realistic asking price.

I’d probably avoid selling all 60 as one package unless you already have a buyer interested in the entire network. Splitting them into smaller groups could give you access to more buyers.

Hey, I’d probably split them into a few groups. Selling all 60 together might limit the number of interested buyers.
