I've had decent results with a few established networks. My advice is to stick with companies that have been around for several years and have plenty of positive reviews. If a network promises unbelievable traffic at extremely low prices, I'd be cautious.

Before choosing a network, make sure you start with a small budget. Test the traffic quality first, then decide whether it's worth scaling up.

I've learned the hard way that not all cheap traffic is good traffic. I'd rather pay a little more for quality visitors than waste money on bots.

Look for networks that offer detailed targeting and real-time reporting. Transparency is usually a good sign that they're a legitimate business.
