I’ve been helping people with tech support calls lately, and I’ve realized how many common issues people struggle with.
Sometimes it’s something really simple, like a software setting, login problem, network issue, or a device that suddenly stops working. Other times, it takes a bit more troubleshooting to figure out what’s actually causing the problem.
