I’ve been thinking about how much people rely on AI when it comes to making money online.

AI can give you ideas, strategies, tools, and information but it won’t do the actual work for you.

The real money comes from choosing a skill, solving a real problem, finding people who need it, and consistently taking action.

Use AI as a tool to speed things up not as a shortcut to success.

What’s your take? Has AI actually helped you make money online, or has it mostly given you ideas?

A lot of people collect AI ideas without actually putting any of them into practice.

Exactly. You can have the best AI tools available, but without a useful skill, they won’t magically generate income

This is something beginners often miss. They keep searching for the perfect AI prompt instead of focusing on what people are actually willing to pay for.

AI has helped me generate ideas much faster, but the biggest difference comes from actually choosing one idea and sticking with it long enough.

Totally agree. AI can shorten the learning curve, but it can’t replace experience. You still need to talk to customers and understand their problems.

The biggest benefit of AI for me is speed. Research, brainstorming, writing, and planning become easier, but making something useful still requires human judgment.

I’ve noticed the same thing. People sometimes think using AI automatically means they’re building an online business. In reality, AI is just another tool in the toolbox.

There’s definitely a difference between consuming AI-generated advice and actually building something. The people who make progress usually test ideas quickly instead of endlessly looking for another strategy.

I once thought making money online meant finding a clever trick nobody else knew. AI actually helped me realize the opposite: solving a boring problem consistently can be much more valuable.

AI can give you a hundred possible ways to make money, but that can actually become distracting. Picking one path and consistently working on it is probably more important than knowing every opportunity.

Well said. I think AI is incredibly useful for learning and getting started, especially when you’re stuck. But eventually you have to stop researching and start doing. That’s where most of the real learning happens.

For me, AI works best when I already have a goal. I can use it to research, organize ideas, create drafts, and save time. But if I don’t know what problem I’m solving, AI just gives me more information.

Someone once told me they had tested 15 different AI tools but hadn’t made a single sale. Meanwhile, their competitor was using one basic tool and focusing on customers.
