Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some advice from people who have experience building and monetizing email lists, especially in the gaming niche.
Everything has been grown organically. I haven't purchased email lists or used any questionable methods to collect subscribers. Every person on the list signed up through my website because they were genuinely interested in gaming-related content and rewards.
Today, my email list has grown to a little over 20,000 subscribers, which I'm really happy about.
There are so many different monetization options available that it's honestly difficult to know where to begin. I want to avoid filling inboxes with random promotions or low-quality offers. Instead, I'd rather build something that creates a good experience for subscribers while also becoming a sustainable source of income.
What strategies have worked well for you? Did you start with affiliate offers, sponsorships, premium memberships, newsletters, or something completely different? How did you balance earning revenue while keeping your subscribers engaged?
I'd also be interested in hearing about mistakes you made when you first started. If you could go back and do it all over again, what would you do differently?
Any advice, personal experiences, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

A Little Background
For the past two years, I've been running a gaming website where users can participate in different activities and earn legitimate gaming gift cards and rewards. During that time, I've focused almost entirely on growing the platform and building a genuine community rather than trying to monetize it.Everything has been grown organically. My Audience
Most of my subscribers are from India, the United States, and Germany. They're primarily gamers who enjoy discovering new games, gaming offers, digital rewards, giveaways, and other gaming-related content. Since they've already engaged with my website, I believe there's potential to monetize the audience in a way that still provides value. What I'm Trying to Figure Out
Now that the community has reached a decent size, I'd like to start generating revenue from it without damaging the trust I've built over the last couple of years. There are so many different monetization options available that it's honestly difficult to know where to begin.
