I have food shop website of mine has an average above 500 Dally Visit.

I'm considering selling the website, but this would be my first time selling an online business, so I'm not sure where to start.

I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has bought or sold websites before. Leave your advice by here..

Congratulations on building a site with consistent traffic. Before selling, I'd make sure you have your Analytics and any revenue reports ready because serious buyers will ask for them.

My advice is not to rush the sale. Spend a little time understanding what similar food websites are selling for so you don't undervalue your work.

If your visitors are mostly organic, that's a strong selling point. Make sure you mention where the traffic comes from when listing the site.

I bought a recipe website a couple of years ago, and the first thing I looked at was traffic consistency. If your traffic has been stable for several months, buyers will appreciate that.
