A year ago, I decided to stop consuming endless "make money online" contents and actually started to test a few side hustles for myself.

Some were worth the effort. Others weren't.

Here's how they turned out.

1. Freelance Writing
This was my biggest winner. It took a few weeks to land my first client, but once I built a couple of reviews, I started getting repeat work. It wasn't passive, but it was the fastest way I found to earn consistent income.

2. Affiliate Blogging
Very slow in the beginning. For the first few months, it felt like I was writing into the void. Eventually, a handful of articles started ranking on Google, and the affiliate commissions began coming in consistently.

3. Selling Digital Products
I created a simple template and listed it on an online marketplace. Sales were slow at first, but once it gained a little traction, it became a nice source of passive income with very little maintenance.

4. Print-on-Demand
I uploaded a few designs expecting easy sales. Reality was different. Without marketing, almost nothing happened. It's a business model that still requires traffic to succeed.

5. Paid Surveys
This was the biggest disappointment. I spent hours completing surveys and earned very little in return. It simply wasn't worth the time compared to the other methods.

After trying all five, one lesson stood out:

The best side hustle isn't always the one with the highest earning potential it's the one you'll stick with consistently.

For me, FREELANCING generated short-term income, while BLOGGING and DIGITAL PRODUCTS are building long-term income streams.

If you've tried different side hustles, which one has given you the best results so far?
