I’ve been working on a website for a few months, and it’s now getting around 30k–50k visitors a month. I’m still figuring out the best way to monetize it, so I’m wondering whether I should try selling it now or keep building it for a while longer.

For those who have bought or sold websites before, how do you estimate what a site like this is worth? Does it make more sense to focus on growing traffic and revenue first, or can a website with good traffic still attract buyers without much income?

I would probably keep growing it for a little longer. With that much traffic, you may have a good opportunity to build some income before selling.
