I remember starting a website thinking the hardest part would be building it. After launching, I realized the real challenge was getting people to discover it. That changed the way I think about online businesses.

I’ve tried a few different online ideas over the years, and the pattern was pretty clear. The projects that solved a specific problem always seemed more promising than the ones created simply because I thought they might make money.

One lesson I learned the hard way is not to build too much before testing demand. I once spent a lot of time creating something and only later realized there wasn’t much interest in it. Now I’d test the idea first and build gradually.

If I were starting today, I’d probably choose one niche, create genuinely useful resources, and watch how visitors behave. Once I understood what people were searching for and clicking on, I’d decide how to monetize.

hats off to the thought of website building .. as it is a very great task to build it!
