Hello all,

I am in need of google ads expert for my business.

Am handling many business and i'm in partnership with some of small business.. If i found any experts in running ggoogle ads and if it worksout well i will connect to all business in future!

Hope i will find goodle ads experts by here soon..!

Hi! I mainly work with Google Ads for local businesses, and one thing I'd suggest is asking anyone you hire for real case studies rather than just promises. A lot of people claim they're experts, but the important part is whether they can consistently generate leads at a reasonable cost. If you're planning to refer them to multiple businesses later, it's definitely worth taking the time to find the right person. Start with one campaign and see how they perform before expanding the partnership.

I've worked with a few Google Ads freelancers over the years. Some were excellent, while others just spent the budget without producing results. My advice would be to look for someone who explains the strategy clearly instead of only talking about clicks and impressions. At the end of the day, what matters is whether the ads bring in customers and sales

This sounds like a great opportunity for the right Google Ads specialist. If I were you, I'd begin with one business first and measure everything—cost per lead, conversions, return on ad spend, and overall quality of enquiries. Once you find someone who consistently delivers, then it makes sense to introduce them to your other businesses.

One thing I've learned is that Google Ads success depends on more than just the person running the campaigns. Your website, landing pages, pricing, and even how quickly you respond to enquiries all play a role. Make sure whoever you hire also gives advice on improving the customer journey instead of only focusing on ad settings.

I've been managing Google Ads for my own business for about two years now. It took a while to understand what worked, but once everything was optimised, the results became much more consistent. I'd recommend choosing someone who is willing to test different strategies instead of promising instant success.

Be careful of people who guarantee first-page rankings or hundreds of leads in just a few days. Google Ads doesn't work like that. A genuine expert will usually talk about testing campaigns, gathering data, and improving performance over time. Those are the people I'd trust.

If you're managing several businesses, having one reliable Google Ads expert could save you a lot of time. Just make sure they have experience across different industries because what works for one business doesn't always work for another.

I hired someone purely because they offered the cheapest monthly management fee. It ended up costing me much more because the campaigns weren't set up properly. Since then I've realised that experience is usually more valuable than finding the lowest price.

I'd also recommend asking whether they'll provide regular reports. It's much easier to judge performance when you can clearly see where your advertising budget is going and what results it's producing each month.

One thing that impressed me with the Google Ads manager I currently work with is that they asked loads of questions before launching anything. They wanted to understand the business, competitors, ideal customers, and profit margins. That level of preparation gave me confidence.

I've seen businesses blame Google Ads when the real issue was the website. Even perfectly targeted ads won't convert visitors if the landing page isn't convincing. Hopefully you find someone who looks at the whole marketing process rather than just the ad account.

Sounds like you have a good opportunity for someone. If they perform well with one of your businesses, they'll probably end up managing several more. I'd imagine many experienced Google Ads specialists would be interested in building that kind of long-term relationship.

When you're interviewing people, ask them about campaigns that didn't work as well as the successful ones. Their answer will tell you a lot. Real experts understand failures and know how to improve them instead of pretending every campaign has been perfect.

I don't run Google Ads professionally, but I've hired agencies before. Communication made the biggest difference. The people who explained everything clearly and kept me updated were much easier to work with than those who disappeared after launching the campaigns.

One suggestion is to avoid giving someone all your businesses immediately. Start with one account for a couple of months. If they deliver good results and communicate well, then gradually let them manage the others. It reduces the risk for everyone.

Google Ads can definitely work if the campaigns are managed properly. I've seen businesses waste thousands simply because nobody monitored the keywords or search terms regularly. Ongoing optimisation is just as important as the initial setup.

I hope you find the right person. There's no shortage of people calling themselves Google Ads experts these days, but finding someone who genuinely understands conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and lead generation can take a bit of time. Good luck with your search.

One thing I appreciate about experienced Google Ads managers is that they don't overpromise. They usually explain that results depend on competition, budget, industry, and website quality. That honesty gives me much more confidence than unrealistic guarantees.

If you're working with several small businesses, it might be worth finding someone who has experience with local advertising. Local campaigns often need a different approach compared to national or e-commerce campaigns.
