Welcome to SEO! Asking questions like this is actually a good sign because SEO is much more than rankings. Brand reputation definitely matters. If people trust your brand, Google usually sees positive user signals over time. Focus on learning the basics first, then move to technical SEO, content, and link building.

Brand reputation has become increasingly important. Google wants to rank websites that users trust. Even if you have excellent SEO, a poor reputation can limit your long-term growth. Keep learning consistently and don't rush the process.

You're thinking about the right things. I started exactly like you a few years ago. My advice is to learn one topic at a time instead of trying to master everything in two months. SEO is a long journey.

Don't worry about becoming an expert quickly. Even people who have worked in SEO for 10 years are still learning because search engines change constantly. Consistency matters more than speed.

Yes, brand reputation plays a role, especially today. Strong brands usually earn better backlinks, higher click-through rates, and more mentions across the web. Those things indirectly help SEO.

If you're looking for free learning resources, start with Google's own documentation, YouTube tutorials, and SEO blogs. You don't need a paid course immediately unless you prefer structured learning.

I learned SEO completely through free resources in the beginning. After about a year, I invested in a paid course to fill the gaps. Free resources are enough if you're disciplined.

Paid courses aren't magic. The biggest teacher is practice. Build your own website, make mistakes, analyze results, and you'll learn much faster than just watching videos.

Brand reputation isn't a direct ranking factor in the way many people think, but it influences many things that help SEO. Trusted brands naturally perform better over time.

Don't skip technical SEO while focusing on branding. Learn crawling, indexing, page speed, structured data, and internal linking alongside content creation.

If you study around 2 hours every day and practice regularly, you'll understand SEO fundamentals within 4–6 months. Becoming an expert usually takes years of real-world experience.

You're asking questions that every beginner asks. That's completely normal. Just remember that SEO is always changing, so nobody ever truly finishes learning.

I personally recommend learning by doing. Create a blog, optimize every page yourself, track rankings, and experiment. Practical experience is worth much more than theory.

Brand reputation also affects whether other websites want to link to you. Strong brands naturally attract more quality backlinks, which remain an important SEO factor.

Free courses can easily get you started. Paid courses mostly save time because everything is organized. Whether they're worth buying depends on your budget and learning style.

Don't believe anyone who promises to make you an SEO expert in 30 days. SEO involves content, technical optimization, user experience, analytics, and link building. It takes time.
