Have you already tested any providers? If not, I’d make a shortlist of 3–4 and place small test orders. Compare the account quality and retention instead of trusting the advertised numbers.

USA targeting is the important part here. Some providers use US proxies or similar methods but that doesn't necessarily mean the followers are genuinely US-based. Ask for clear details about the audience source before paying.
