Look for websites that have decent content or a good domain but poor presentation, outdated pages, or weak monetization. If you can improve those areas yourself, there may be flipping potential.
 
“No money” doesn't mean “no investment.” You're investing your time. If it takes 100 hours to build a site that nobody wants, you've still lost something. Research the market before putting in the work.
 
For many buyers, a site with genuine traffic is more attractive than a pretty website with no visitors. I'd focus on building measurable traffic rather than just making the site look good.
