I'm looking to purchase an actively running blog rather than starting one from scratch, and I'd appreciate some recommendations.

Ideally, I'm looking for a website that already has:

• Consistent organic traffic
• Indexed content with good SEO foundations
• Genuine revenue (not essential, but a bonus)
• Clean backlink profile
• No spammy history or Google penalties

I'm open to different niches as long as the site has growth potential and the seller can provide transparent traffic and revenue data.
