Thanks! I was pleasantly surprised when I managed to secure that backlink. It's definitely one of the strongest assets the site has right now, and I hope it adds some credibility for potential buyers. The MSN backlink definitely adds some value.
Good question. The domain is still fairly new, so it doesn't have a long history yet. I'm hoping that the clean profile, branding, and backlink quality help make up for its age while I continue building it.I'd be interested to know the domain age as well.
I completely agree. Quality matters much more than simply having content on the site. I spent extra time researching and writing each article because I wanted them to be genuinely useful and have the potential to rank over time. Hopefully that makes the site more attractive than one with a large amount of low-quality content. It really depends on the quality of the content.
Thanks! I figured good branding would make the site look more professional from day one.A custom logo is a nice bonus.
A few keywords have started appearing in Search Console, but they're still in the early stages. I'm hoping that with additional content and a few more quality backlinks, those rankings will gradually improve over the next few months.Does the site have any keywords ranking already?
That's understandable. At the moment the profile is still relatively small, but it's clean and doesn't include any spammy links. I'm trying to keep everything as natural as possible.I'd be curious to see the backlink profile.
That's what I was thinking as well. There always seems to be demand for quality health websites, especially if they're built on a solid foundation.A health site with good potential can attract buyers
I agree. I'm already planning the next batch of articles, so it probably makes sense to grow the content library before thinking seriously about listing the site.More content would likely increase its value.
It's a contextual backlink, which is one of the reasons I value it.Is the backlink contextual or just a mention?
That's probably the direction I'm leaning now. After reading everyone's feedback, it seems like investing a little more time into growing the site could make a noticeable difference in its value.I'd focus on growing it before listing it.
I completely agree. Every quality article gives the site another chance to rank for relevant keywords and attract organic traffic. Looking at all the feedback here, I'm starting to think that continuing to build the website for a while before selling may be the better long-term decision.Every additional quality article adds value.
