I've been noticing something interesting while running campaigns.

The same traffic source can produce completely different results depending on where the traffic is actually coming from. Some placements perform incredibly well, while others barely convert.

That got me thinking...

Maybe it's not about choosing the "best" traffic source. Maybe it's about finding the highest-quality traffic within that source.

For those of you with more experience, how do you usually optimize your campaigns?

Do you spend most of your time analyzing placements, zones, and sub-IDs, or do you focus more on campaign-level optimization first?

I'd love to hear how others approach this and what's worked best for you.
