I’ve recently launched a SaaS project but, due to some financial needs, I’m considering selling it even though I’ve put months of work into building it.
It currently has little to no revenue, so I’m unsure which marketplaces would be the best fit.
I’ve looked at a few platforms, but many seem to focus on established businesses with existing revenue.
For those experienced with site flipping, where would you recommend listing a new SaaS or side project?
Also, how would you go about estimating a fair selling price for a SaaS with no revenue yet?

For a SaaS with little or no revenue, I’d focus more on the product, users, technology, and growth potential than traditional revenue multiples. A buyer may still see value if the product is polished and solves a real problem.
