I think so. Some owners will probably get tired of the constant SEO changes and decide selling is easier than rebuilding.

There will always be websites for sale. The bigger question is whether the good ones will be priced reasonably.

I can see more small site owners selling in 2027, especially people who don't have the time to keep updating content. But I don't think every site will be a good flipping opportunity.

Probably yes. When traffic drops and maintenance becomes too much work, selling the site can look like the easier option.

It wouldn't surprise me if more owners decide to cash out rather than spend another year trying to recover traffic. But I wouldn't buy simply because a site is cheap. I'd look at historical traffic, revenue, backlinks, content, niche demand, and whether the business can work without relying entirely on Google.
