I've been seeing people make money both by flipping websites and by flipping domains, and it got me thinking about which one I'd actually choose.

Personally, I'd probably lean toward flipping a website because there's already something built. If the site has traffic, content, and even a little revenue, buyers can see its potential much more easily. It usually takes more work to build, but it also feels like there's more value to sell.

At the same time, I can understand why some people prefer flipping domains. It's much simpler, doesn't require managing content or SEO, and if you manage to grab a great domain name, one sale can be worth a lot. The downside is that finding the right buyer can take time, and not every domain ends up selling.

I'm curious what others think. If you had to pick just one, would you rather flip a website or just the domain? What's been your experience, and which do you think offers the better opportunity in the long run?

I'd go with flipping websites. Even if it takes longer to build, having traffic and income makes it much easier to attract serious buyers.

Personally, I prefer domain flipping. It feels less complicated, and I don't have to spend months creating content before selling.
