Thanks for taking the time to document everything. Communities benefit a lot from people who are willing to share both the process and the outcomes.

I don't know much about Bluesky yet, but this thread has definitely caught my attention. It'll be interesting to see whether it's worth spending time on compared to other platforms.

I've been curious about Bluesky for a while, so I decided to see whether it's possible to grow accounts and eventually earn from the platform.

The past couple of weeks have mostly been spent behind the scenes. Instead of posting, I was building and testing a bot to help warm up new accounts naturally.

After plenty of tweaking, it's finally ready.

Now comes the interesting part.

I'll be using it to grow my Bluesky accounts and document what works, what doesn't, and any lessons I learn along the way.

No big promises just sharing the process as it happens.

Let's see where this journey takes me.
i AM looking Forward

Best of luck dude

Wishing you the best with the project. Whether it turns into a success or not, I'm sure there will be plenty of useful lessons for everyone following your updates.

Wishing you success. Even if everything doesn't go as planned, documenting what doesn't work can save others a lot of time and effort.
Thanks for the support. I agree that sharing the things that don't work can be just as useful as sharing the successful parts.
One thing I'd really like to know is how long the warm-up period actually needs to be before the accounts start behaving like established profiles.
I'm still figuring that out through testing. I want to collect enough information before deciding on a specific warm-up period.
Threads like this are why I enjoy these communities. Watching someone's project evolve over weeks or months is always more engaging than seeing a polished success story.
I feel the same way. Following the process over time gives a much better picture than looking at one final result.
Nice to see someone documenting the entire process instead of only posting results after everything works. The setup stage is usually where most people give up, so I'm interested to see how this develops over the next few weeks.
Appreciate that. I also think the setup stage deserves more attention, so I'm documenting it along with the results.
Two weeks spent building and testing before making a single post shows you're taking this seriously. Hopefully all that preparation pays off once the accounts become active.
I wanted to spend enough time testing before jumping into regular posting. Now I'm looking forward to seeing whether that preparation makes a difference.
I'm curious to see whether the effort spent warming up the accounts actually makes a noticeable difference compared to starting fresh and posting immediately.
Thanks, that's the goal of the thread. I'll keep the updates focused on what I actually observe during the experiment.
Good luck with the experiment. Bluesky still feels like a platform where there's room to figure things out before everyone jumps in.
Absolutely. I'll try to include the numbers along with the practical observations so the updates have more context.
Looking forward to the updates. It would be great if you could share both the numbers and your observations, since metrics don't always tell the full story.
That's something I want to compare as well. It should be interesting to see whether the preparation produces a noticeable difference.
This is exactly the kind of thread I like reading. No hype, no promises—just someone testing an idea and sharing what happens. Those are usually the most valuable case studies.
That's exactly the approach I'm taking. I'd rather collect real results and share the lessons than make big claims beforehand.
