Hey everyone, I'm planning to sell my website on Flippa and wondering if Boosted is really worth the extra cost. Does Boosted actually bring more traffic or help the listing rank higher in search results? Also, how are AdSense sites usually valued based on monthly earnings, traffic, SEO, or a profit multiplier? Would love to hear from anyone who has sold a site on Flippa and can share their experience.

I once made the mistake of using the highest earning month as my main example. A buyer asked for the previous year's data, and the average looked very different. Since then, I'd always show the longer trend rather than just the best month.

I’d look at Boosted as a visibility option rather than something that automatically increases the value of the website. If your listing already gets good attention, the extra cost may not be necessary.
