Hey everyone, I'm planning to sell my website on Flippa and wondering if Boosted is really worth the extra cost. Does Boosted actually bring more traffic or help the listing rank higher in search results? Also, how are AdSense sites usually valued based on monthly earnings, traffic, SEO, or a profit multiplier? Would love to hear from anyone who has sold a site on Flippa and can share their experience.

I once made the mistake of using the highest earning month as my main example. A buyer asked for the previous year's data, and the average looked very different. Since then, I'd always show the longer trend rather than just the best month.

I’d look at Boosted as a visibility option rather than something that automatically increases the value of the website. If your listing already gets good attention, the extra cost may not be necessary.

When I was preparing a site for sale, I expected buyers to focus heavily on the number of visitors. Instead, most of the serious questions were about monthly profit and whether the traffic was stable. That changed how I would present an AdSense site today.

I sold a site on Flippa once and didn't use Boosted. I focused more on having clean analytics, clear earnings, and a detailed description. Those seemed to matter more when buyers started asking questions.

From a buyer's point of view, I care more about the actual business than whether the listing is boosted. If the numbers are strong and easy to verify, I'll take a closer look regardless of the listing package.

For AdSense sites, I would definitely look at profit history. Traffic is useful, but earnings show whether that traffic is actually valuable. A site with lower traffic but better earnings can be more attractive.

I tried paying for extra exposure on a marketplace before. It brought more views, but views aren't the same as serious buyers. I'd make sure the listing itself is strong before spending more on promotion.

I remember listing my first website and thinking more views would automatically mean more offers. I paid for extra exposure and got plenty of people looking at the listing, but very few serious buyers. That taught me to focus on the website numbers first.

I’d probably start with the basic listing. If it gets enough views and inquiries, there may be no reason to pay extra. I’d only consider Boosted if the listing needs more exposure.

I wouldn't expect Boosted to magically increase the site's value. It may get more people to see your listing, but the website still has to convince them to make an offer.

I think Boosted can be useful if your listing is getting buried among hundreds of others. But if the site itself isn't attractive, more exposure probably won't solve the problem.

I’d probably start with the regular listing. If the site is good, buyers will notice the numbers. Boosted might help with visibility, but I wouldn't assume it guarantees a better offer.

I think the profit multiplier is probably the biggest factor. Monthly earnings give you a starting point, but buyers will also look at traffic sources, growth, expenses, niche, and how dependent the site is on one platform.

I'd compare the cost of Boosted with the potential benefit. If you're selling a small site, spending a large percentage of the expected sale price just for extra exposure may not make sense.

For an AdSense site, I think monthly profit is more important than traffic alone. Traffic shows potential, but earnings show what the site is actually producing.

When I sold my first site, I spent way too much time worrying about getting more listing views. Eventually I realized the bigger issue was presenting the numbers clearly. Once buyers understood the revenue and traffic history, conversations became much easier.

SEO definitely matters for an AdSense site. If most of the traffic comes from organic search, I'd want to see whether rankings have been stable and whether there are any obvious risks. Traffic today isn't enough for me.

I wouldn't value an AdSense site purely from traffic. Two websites can have the same number of visitors and completely different earnings. I'd start with verified monthly profit and then consider the quality and stability of the traffic.

Boosted might help if your listing is competing with a lot of similar sites. But I wouldn't assume it guarantees a higher sale price. More exposure only helps if the extra exposure brings the right buyers.
