Hey guys, this is my first post here, so hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I’ve been running a PPC campaign and I’m getting around 30–45 leads a day, which sounds pretty decent. The issue is that when I actually contact them, a lot of them aren’t serious or just don’t seem like the right type of customer.

So now I’m wondering where I should start looking. Could it be my keyword targeting? Maybe the landing page or ad copy is attracting the wrong people?

If anyone has dealt with this before, what did you check first to improve the quality of your leads?

I’d start with the search terms report before changing the landing page. It can show you exactly what people searched before clicking your ad. You may find that some of the traffic has nothing to do with your ideal customer.

30–45 leads a day is a good volume, but lead quality matters more than the number. I’d check the keywords first, especially broad-match terms. Then look at which keywords are actually producing qualified leads, not just form submissions.
